This $2 million historic preservation project, currently in progress, represents a complete restoration of the 1892 structure’s exterior and interior. Modernization, including new HVAC, sprinkler and electrical systems, new elevator, new windows, office and bathroom renovations, is coupled with restoration of all the building’s original millwork and masonry details.
