This 250,000 square foot resort community positioned on one of the highest mountain ridge tops in western NC represented a challenge based on the terrain, wind, cold weather and the owner’s rush to complete the project.  Hickory very successfully used a modular construction approach to meet the aggressive schedule, completing the meeting facilities, dining hall, lecture halls, apartment/hotel units and other amenities in time and on budget.
